Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting Volure. This page details the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Some orders may be processed before 7-10 business days as we are working to get processing time up. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 7-10 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Policy
There will be NO REFUNDS for any skin care products.

Order hasn't arrived:
If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at volurellc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Damages:
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at volurellc@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

Please note body butters can melt in higher temperatures but it does not affect the quality of the product. We do our best to make sure that melting does not happen but there is no guarantee.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

Returns:
At Volure all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not do exchanges at this time.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price plus shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at volurellc@gmail.com for further details.
